After you complete a free AI Search Signal Scan and place an order, a member of our team reviews the analyzed webpage and prepares a written diagnostic tailored to it. The diagnostic is delivered by email to the address used at checkout.

You may request cancellation and a full refund at any time before manual review has begun. Contact us as soon as possible after ordering to make this easy.

We guarantee that every delivered Signal Clarity Diagnostic contains at least three specific, practical improvementstailored to your website — not generic tips.

If a delivered diagnostic does not meet that guarantee, you may request:

• a corrected diagnostic at no additional cost, or
• a full refund of the purchase price.

The Signal Clarity Diagnostic is diagnostic and advisory. We do not promise any specific search ranking, AI citation, traffic level, lead volume, sale, revenue outcome, or inclusion in any specific search or AI system. Those outcomes depend on decisions made by external platforms and on changes made on your website.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Bank or card networks control how quickly the refund appears on your statement; that processing time is outside AI Onboard Easy™'s control.

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights that apply to you. Where local law grants a stronger right (for example a mandatory withdrawal period), that stronger right applies.
